Our entry into the hybrid bay boat market is a stunning departure from traditional bay boat layouts. We took over two years to design the Malvado’s aggressive styling and complex running surface, and included new features like multiple helm options, seating for up to 10 people, up to three baitwells (front and back wells are standard), an extra-large fish box, lockable rod storage, coaming bolsters, jack plate, tons of storage and an enclosed head. The under gunnel rod storage is even unique, accommodating fully assembled fly rods. The result of all our hard work is a boat with superior performance, ergonomics and versatility. Designed as a hybrid boat for both inshore and near shore applications, the Malvado’s ventilated twin step v-pad hull produces better speed, efficiency, stability and handling than her competition. At over twenty-five feet long, she is a super stable platform that handles open bays and near shore trips with ease. A hull draft of only 13” gives her access to the skinny stuff, while the sharp entry and flared bow shed water when running in chop. The Malvado 26’ features an ample front deck with storage and integrated seating, as well as a large aft deck with jump seats and storage. The Malvado isn’t built like other boats in her class. As with other Bonefish brand boats, she was designed using a semi-monocoque technique and is constructed from carbon fiber, aramid (Kevlar) and bi-axial fiberglass that is hand laminated around closed cell foam coring using a blend of epoxy and vinyl ester resins. Translation…she’s stronger and lighter. If you’re looking for the best hybrid bay boat on the market…you’ve found it.

Bonefish Boatworks, LLC (“Bonefish”) warrants to the original purchaser of a boat manufactured by Bonefish (each a “boat”) that the associated hull will be free of major structural defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of fifteen (15) years following the date of construction. During that period, Bonefish will, at its sole discretion, make repairs or replacements free of charge at its then-current manufacturing facility or at an authorized dealer or alternate repair facility. Transportation costs to and from that location shall be the sole responsibility of the boat’s owner. All warranty repairs or replacements must be approved in writing by Bonefish in advance of work being performed. This limited warranty is void if the associated boat: (i) is used for racing, commercial, rental or other purpose besides recreation; (ii) is materially modified or altered; (iii) is powered in excess of the maximum recommended horsepower; (iv) is not used and maintained in strict compliance with the then-current Owner’s Manual; or (v) is subjected to neglect or misuse of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Bonefish be liable for any defect, loss, claim, demand, penalty, action, cause of action, suit, obligation, liability, damage, delay, cost, expense or attorney’s fees relating to or caused by, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part: (a) the owner of the boat; (b) a third party; (c) abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration or unsafe operation of the boat; (d) improper or inadequate maintenance; (e) weather, visibility or conditions at any location where the boat is used; (f) the failure to install, or an incomplete installation, of any repair or replacement offered by Bonefish; (g) components, options, equipment, accessories or engines not manufactured by Bonefish; (h) gelcoat; (i) non-structural hull surface changes, such as fading, checking, crazing, blisters and cracks; (j) any use or operation inconsistent with the then current Owner’s Manual; (k) use or operation at any time other than during full daylight between one hour after sunrise and one hour before sunset; or (l) any failure not directly caused by Bonefish. Moreover, under no circumstances shall Bonefish be liable for: (1) any components, equipment, accessories, options or engines or other items not manufactured by Bonefish; (2) normal wear and tear items (e.g., hinges, latches, hoses, fittings, filters, electrical items and upholstery); (3) any damage, defect, condition or deterioration caused, in whole or in part, by the environment, climate conditions, electrolysis or galvanic corrosion; (4) incidental damages of any kind, such as loss of use, lost time or inconvenience; or (5) any damage or loss in excess of the dollar amount Bonefish was paid for the boat less 6.67% percent of that amount per year for each year following the date of sale. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE BOAT AND ALL ASSOCIATED MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP, COMPONENTS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESSORIES. OPTIONS AND ENGINES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, CONTINUOUS USE, DESIGN, PERFORMANCE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ARE DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY. ANY CLAIM, CONTROVERSY, SUIT OR DEMAND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE ASSOCIATED BOAT SHALL BE RESOLVED  BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS THEN CURRENT RULES.
